Overview :
TRC is recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President of Human Resource to lead a team of HR professionals responsible for delivering outstanding HR operational services to 8,000 global employees (US, Canada, Puerto Rico, UK, Europe, India, China). This executive will lead a team of 30 professionals, direct reports and report to the Chief People Officer.
As a TRC Human Resource Leader, you will ensure that all Human Resources policies and procedures are implemented along with ensuring understanding by leadership teams. In addition, you will consult, guide, and coach all levels of leadership (including senior and executive leaders) to create a positive and productive environment. Member of the HR Leadership team responsible for supporting and leading HR initiatives across all TRC.
Location : Houston, TX; Chicago, IL
Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership for the HR Business Partner and Operational teams supporting TRCs 8,000 employees in partnership with the Business, Finance, IT, and Legal leadership teams. Delivers efficient and proactive services supporting the companys strategy and business objectives.
- HR Operational services encompass :
HR Business Partner teams (3) supporting dedicated business units and partnering with the Business Unit Presidents and leadership teams.

Compensation : In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation : Employee may be eligible for participation in the Companys annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
