Administrative Coordinator


Expanding regional Construction Company is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team! You’ll coordinate with various team members and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within the new construction process. Great opportunity for growth and salary up to $55k!


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Manage invoicing and accounts payable processes
  • Ensure vendor insurance, contracts, and schedules are up to date
  • Communicate and update vendors as needed
  • Collaborate with internal staff and division management team regarding projects


Qualifications:


  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with accounting cycles preferred
  • Experience within the homebuilding industry is a plus

Salary : $55,000
