As a fast-growing, purpose-driven, global energy company specializing in delivering sustainable wood bioenergy solutions that have become the World's largest producer of sustainable wood pellets.

Shift: Days 7a-7p 4 on 4 off rotates days and nights every other week.

Responsibilities
Organizes a team of electricians actively involved in various craft specialties, to include input on evaluations and weekly time approval.
Diagnoses, delegates, instructs and carries out skilled activities involving the repair, installation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Guarantees adherence to safety practices and principles, and maintains electrical equipment to the relevant Federal, State, and Local Codes.
Creates and manages work/emergency work orders and prioritizes daily and preventative assignments.
Qualifications
At least 2-3 years industrial electrical experience.
Must be a team player.
Previous management experience is a plus.
Previous wood products industry experience is a plus.
