Position Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing IT Business & Security Engineer to take on the challenge of supporting next-generation EV IT Business and Security technology. This role requires expertise in IT security, asset management, and site reliability engineering (SRE) while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement secure and efficient IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with IT security and SRE teams to design and maintain resilient IT infrastructure.
Contribute to IT security policies, work procedures, and IT asset security management.
Support and maintain security systems, including :
Cisco Firewall, Stealth Watch, Cisco IronPort
DNS and Proxy Servers, CyberArk, Cisco VPN, Active Directory
Participate in IT incident response, including root cause analysis and vulnerability resolution.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best security practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Experience : 5 years in IT cybersecurity, IT operations, or SRE engineering.
Technical Skills :
IT security planning and asset management.
Security system operations and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK).
Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and identity management.
Soft Skills :
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Travel : Domestic & international travel required.
