Laser Operator :
We are seeking a highly skilled Laser Operator to join our team in Milner, GA! As a Laser Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining laser cutting machines, ensuring precision and accuracy in the production process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up, calibrate, and clean machines per specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and process instructions.
- Perform machine programming and adjustments as needed.
- Operate machinery with custom and standard tooling.
- Measure parts using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine defects.
- Produce parts meeting specifications for assembly.
- Load and unload materials, adjusting jobs as needed.
- Ensure optimal machine performance and safety.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
