Job Responsibilities:
This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and servicing equipment, as well as troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical and electrical issues. You will assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems, and replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, piping, floors and equipment.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical) in a production or heavy industrial environment. You should possess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facility and ground maintenance.

- Experience with troubleshooting and repair of complex equipment
