Mortgage Customer Service Professional
Location : Tempe, AZ
Job Type : Full-time, Perm. 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
Schedule : Monday-Friday : Schedules start as early as 8am ending no later than 8pm. 1 Saturday per month, 9am-12pm.
Pay : $20-24 per hour, based on experience
Equipment : All equipment is provided by the company
- Must have broadband wired internet service at home for remote workdays, with minimum of 10 Mbps upload and download speed. Wi-Fi only and Satellite internet services are not allowed due to instability issues.
In this role, you will handle early-stage collections calls, resolve inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Creating a great customer experience during this process is one of our most important responsibilities to our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity.
Promote products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions.
Identify process improvements.
Adhere to compliance regulations (TCPA, FDCPA, Regulation E, Z, X, V, SCRA, Flood Disaster Protection Act).
Qualifications :
Previous customer service experience
Previous experience with high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations.
