Minimum of 2 years of experience in data privacy, data protection, or a related field.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and protection.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels, including Legal, IT, and Compliance teams.
Experience with OneTrust preferred, but not required
Experience in Project Management /Lean 6 Sigma preferred, but not required
TRC is seeking a talented Privacy Analyst for our client Chick-fil-A for a long-term contract opportunity! This position is onsite in College Park, GA!
Monitor Privacy-by-Design inject points for new or updated projects involving the use of personal data and/or Automated Decision-Making Technology ( AI/ADT ).
Project manage enterprise-wide inventorying exercise to identify all AI and ADT use cases deployed across the business.
Drive the build and technical implementation of AI Compliance Tool to inventory, assess, and manage AI and ADT, as required by various state AI laws and regulations.
Conduct and review lower risk Data Discovery & Privacy Impact Assessments to identify privacy vulnerabilities and provide mitigation requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Staff to ensure assessment completion and to advocate for timely implementation of risk mitigation requirements.
Support periodic refreshes to Privacy Data Inventory powered by OneTrust.
Partner with Privacy Program Lead to conduct training sessions and other privacy and AI awareness events for Staff on data privacy best practices and compliance obligations.
Manage monthly AdTech and cookie review audits across CFA-branded websites.
Research new privacy-enhancing technologies and how they could be used to advance CFA s privacy program initiatives.
Drive implementation of necessary updates to Privacy Rights Requests/Data Subject Access Request processes for non-customer audience groups.
Collaborate with DTT-STS partners to build out new automation within existing Privacy Rights Requests/Data Subject Access Requests process to enable new requirement to disclose all third-parties with whom CFA shares Personal Information.
Perform analytics/data crunch metrics and conduct data measurement in support of the privacy program.
Assist in the development and execution of AI Compliance program.
