TRC's client, located in Madison AL, has a Direct hire opportunity for a Quality Tech (2nd shift 7pm to 3:45 am Monday through Friday!!

The Quality Tech is responsible for in Process quality checks and maintaining calibrated testing equipment, preparing test data, and identifying areas for quality control improvements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain company inspection reports.
• Inspect products according to quality and safety standards.
• Ensure products comply with the company standards as well as Federal and State law.
• Ensure testing equipment is calibrated and working correctly.
• Report quality anomalies to the group leader.
• Notify group leader of defective material, equipment, or tools that hinder the process.
• Participate in projects and work with others to provide solutions to opportunities and drive improvement and efficient.
• Identify possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.
• Maintain and support 5S initiatives throughout the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS (including educational requirements)
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must understand advanced mathematical concepts.
• Must have a high-level of visual awareness.
• Must have advance organizational skills.
• Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.
Salary : $25 - $26
