TRC Talent Solutions is hiring Quality Control Specialists to join a well-known, global, automotive industry leader in Montgomery, AL 36105!
Position Summary :
Seeking qualified candidates to join a well-known client and support Advanced Quality Improvement (AQIP) department goals and objectives by coordinating, testing, and evaluating trial vehicles and parts related to the assigned systems in an automotive manufacturing environment and complete Issue Investigations and provide feedback for overall vehicle design improvements.
Essential Functions :
- Coordinate and track Engineering Order and Model Change testing activities with related departments.
- Participate in Benchmark activities of competitor vehicles.
- Gather data, test, and monitor New Projects in the Prototype stage.
- Evaluate vehicles and new technology at each stage of the New Model Process.
- Conduct Key Engineering Order trials, testing, and investigation activities.
- Participate in Complex Issue Investigations and develop recommended countermeasures.
- Create and present evaluation activity reports.
- Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.

Additional Information :
Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign) and flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shifts. Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
