- Coordinate and track Engineering Order and Model Change testing activities with related departments.
- Participate in benchmarking activities of competitor vehicles.
- Gather data, test, and monitor new projects in the prototype stage.
- APQP, PFMEA
- Evaluate vehicles and new technology at each stage of the new model process.
- Conduct key engineering order trials, testing, and investigation activities.
- Participate in complex issue investigations and develop recommended countermeasures.
- Create and present evaluation activity reports.
- Attend required meetings.
- Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
- Meet all other assigned requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- 2-10 years of job-related experience preferred
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign).
- Flexibility in working hours including weekends, holidays, and off shifts.
- Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibilities.
