The Strategic Accounts Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients. This involves regular communication, resolving client queries, and promoting product innovation to increase revenue.
- Determine business strategies for key strategic accounts.
- Prospect key individuals within accounts through phone calls, networking, etc.
- Manage business pipeline, grow revenue, and develop long-term success strategies.
- Develop and maintain strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
- Maintain relationships with global team members to ensure consistency.
- Communicate trends, pricing issues, and other unique sales-related matters.
- Develop and lead strategies for assigned strategic accounts.
- Ensure engagement success and overall client satisfaction.
- Recruit and manage industry / technology -specific alliances.
- Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs regularly.
- Become a trusted partner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal resources to drive added value and expertise.
