The ideal candidate will be adept at managing high-volume financial operations across multiple, semi-independent business units, ensuring seamless financial reporting, compliance, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement financial controls and best practices across all business units.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial strategies that align with business objectives.
- Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, adhering to GAAP and international accounting standards.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Oversee tax compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements for domestic and international operations.
- Systems & Process Optimization
- Leverage Coupa, Procore, and NetSuite to enhance financial workflows and reporting.
- Continuously assess and refine financial processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Drive automation and technology adoption to streamline operations.
- Operational Finance
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for multiple business units.
- Support job costing, project accounting, and contract financial management.
- Work cross-functionally with project managers, procurement, and operations teams to ensure financial alignment.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a strong background in construction accounting.
- Experience with NetSuite is required. With in Coupa and Procore preferred
- Experience with international business operations, including foreign exchange, compliance, and reporting.
- Strong ability to adapt quickly to evolving processes and business needs.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing senior-level finance teams.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume financial operations across multiple business units.
- CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred but not required.
