This team member is responsible for diligently executing the TMC Returns process which ensures that all returning inventory meets the company’s stringent quality standards, ensures part counts are accurate, and visual / dimensional inspections are thoroughly evaluated for conformance to applicable requirements. What you will be responsible for:Issue, update, and resolve RGA’s (Returned Goods Authorizations) for returned product.Decontaminate product using validated autoclave equipment upon arrival and prior to inspection.Receive and inspect returned product per applicable processes and work instructions while suggesting and implementing improvements.Identify product non-conformances to company requirements and take appropriate steps to resolve.Perform accurate transactions to track returned product in the company’s accounting system.Thorough review and inspection of receiving documentation to ensure product meets the stringent quality requirements of a medical device company.Assists with shipments of finished goods to customers and components to kit assemblers.Inspect product using microscope and surface plate set ups along with standard inspection tools like Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gauges, and gauges.QualificationsWhat you will bring to the role:Working knowledge of MS Office including, Word, Excel, and Outlook.1 years of experience in logistics, shipping and/or receiving role preferred.Experience working in Healthcare and or Medical Device industry preferred.Education:High School diploma or GED required; AA of BS preferredAbility to lift up to 40lbsAdditional InformationIt is Treace’s policy not to discriminate against any applicant for employment, or any employee because of age, color, sex, disability, national origin, race, religion, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.Treace's Privacy PolicyIt is Treace’s policy not to discriminate against any applicant for employment, or any employee because of age, color, sex, disability, national origin, race, religion, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.Treace is a drug free employer.
