We are excited to expand our team and are searching for a passionate and experienced Project Management Lead to join our office in Houston.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand and articulate the firm's contract with the client, focusing on achieving the client’s objectives and goals.
- Contribute to the preparation of fee proposals, lead fee negotiations, and draft contractual agreements.
- Estimate necessary manpower, develop schedules, and compile essential project data.
- Analyze project scope alongside the client's RFP and our proposal, collaborating with the Project Architect to establish organized procedures for project execution.
- Disseminate all incoming project information to the design team and external consultants effectively.
- Engage outside consultants as needed to enhance project delivery.
- Oversee the design budget, ensuring its efficient administration.
- Formulate and track the project design schedule to fulfill both client and firm deadlines.
- Notify clients of scope changes and prepare estimates for any additional design fees required.
- Keep the client, Studio Leader, and the firm’s Accounting Department updated on project progress and status.
- Develop and manage the client’s construction budget and timeline, identifying long lead items in advance.
- Participate in design meetings with the Project Architect as necessary.
- Create an organized documentation and administrative structure for the project.
Qualifications :

A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The anticipated base salary for qualified candidates is $95,000 - $120,000, with variations depending on the states in which we operate.
