Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Customer Success Manager at Treasure Data located in NYC or Boston. The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, providing customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will involve working both onsite and remotely. Business proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese a huge plus as in experience supporting or implementing CDPs.
