Your Role :
We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to join our growing Proof of Concept team in the Engagement Manager Role. In their role, an Engagement Manager orchestrates high-velocity Proof of Concepts of Treasure Datas software from start to completion, managing technical and functional resources, and working with cross-functional client stakeholders and senior leadership. The Solution Engineering and POC team partners with our prospects to rapidly develop business-driven use cases, deploy them with real customer data, and validate their value to ensure a successful sale of Treasure Data software. The Engagement Manager guides and guards the project governance, its scope, timelines, communication and day-to-day management along with the client.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage entire customer engagement from the time of project commencement
- Manage the customer relationship from start to finish while focusing on accelerating execution
- Participate in and guide project initiation, requirements gathering, solution design, development, and close, as well as initial post-sales support
- Partner with customers decision-makers (VPs, SVPs, CXO) in understanding their business goals and use cases
- Manage project risks
- Partner with the customer in determining the best solutions to achieve business goals
- Provide thought leadership and guidance to both own project team and the client
- Ensuring that the engagements align with Treasure Datas best practices and methodologies
- Be the subject matter expert in all things Treasure Data and work with the customer as well as internal teams in driving the design of a scalable solution
