Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Schedule, train, coach, and evaluate staff, and conduct performance reviews.
• DIRECT DAILY WORK ACTIVITIES AND INSPECT WORK FOR CONFORMANCE TO STANDARDS.
• Establish and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Address guest questions, complaints, or concerns in a courteous, professional manner.
• Ensure transactions and cash-handling procedures are followed appropriately.

Requirements:

• One (1) year supervisory experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• High level organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work fast and efficiently, completing multiple tasks in a professional manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Computer skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Windows XP.
