We are seeking a Waterfront Lead to manage all waterfront areas and activities, including swimming, boating, and fishing. This role is responsible for management and development of all staff while at the waterfront, as well as managing evening activities and special events.

Schedule: This is a seasonal position from June 1, 2025, through August 9, 2025. Typical camp schedule for each session will be Sunday - Friday but occasional Saturdays will be required.

We are seeking a Waterfront Lead to manage all waterfront areas and activities, including swimming, boating, and fishing. This role is responsible for management and development of all staff while at the waterfront, as well as managing evening activities and special events.
Responsibilities:
- Function as point person of all outdoor water activities
- Work closely with the Director to ensure aquatic operations are consistent with approved procedures and leading practices.
- Monitor and ensure safety of participants, staff, and volunteers at the waterfront.
- Organize, supervise, and facilitate participants in a variety of water activities.
- Communicate and enforce water safety rules to participants, staff, and volunteers.
- Ensure water area inventory and equipment is ready for use and deemed safe.
- Promote inclusiveness and community amongst participants and other staff members.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old at the start of employment.
- Lifeguard Certification.
- Lifeguard Instructor Certification preferred.
- Ability to live on site during scheduled program times.
- Experience in outdoor waterfront preferred.
- Experience in directing others preferred.
