Inpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment
Salary: $28-$37 per hour
Shifts Available: Day Shift, Swing Shift, NOC Shift
About Us: We are a reputable inpatient behavioral health care provider, part of the TreatmentX family of treatment centers, dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals seeking recovery from substance abuse.
Our facility offers a supportive and nurturing environment where patients can find healing and regain control of their lives. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated nurse to join our team and contribute to the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and supervision to patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Monitor and assess patient health status, including vital signs and withdrawal symptoms.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care, observations, and interventions.
- Draw labs and prepare lab requisitions.
- Inventory and log medications received to patient inventory.
- Ensure the safety and security of patients
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment that promotes recovery and well-being.
