Inpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment
Pay: $25-$28 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager and Group Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and addiction counseling, with a passion for helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve a healthier lifestyle. As a CM, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive addiction counseling services to clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches and incorporating individualized case management strategies. Your expertise in crisis intervention and behavioral therapy will be invaluable in supporting clients during challenging times. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group addiction counseling sessions to clients, incorporating evidence-based approaches and behavioral therapies.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Document client progress and facilitate communication with healthcare providers.
- Collect and analyze client data to inform treatment decisions and track outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients' home community care teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing emotional distress.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in addiction counseling.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Certified Addiction Counselor (CADC).
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health and addiction counseling principles.
- Experience in crisis intervention.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple clients' needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in case management and care coordination.
