```Duties```
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our restaurant. Your main duties will include:
- Managing and supervising all staff members, including cooks, servers, and support staff
- Ensuring that all food preparation and cooking processes meet quality and safety standards
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Conducting interviews and hiring new employees
- Training new hires on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Creating employee schedules and managing shift assignments
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborating with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or modify existing ones
- Overseeing catering operations and ensuring successful execution of events
- Utilizing Aloha POS system to manage orders, payments, and inventory
```Requirements```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong culinary background with knowledge of food preparation techniques and industry trends
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a diverse team
- Proficient in shift management and scheduling
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques is a plus
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
