Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Knowledge of tree care and arboriculture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Write proposals and enter into agreements with clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ)
- QAL License from, state in which you reside, Department of Pesticide Regulation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as an arborist or related field
- Experience in the tree care industry
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Competent Computer Skills (MO Suite)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Meet with potential clients to assess their tree care needs and provide recommendations for services
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, outlining the scope of work and pricing
