Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tree Climber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care and landscape maintenance, with experience in tree trimming and bucket truck operation. This role involves working at heights to ensure the health and aesthetics of trees while adhering to safety standards. The Tree Climber will play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and safety of our clients' landscapes.

Duties

• Perform tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance appearance.
• Operate bucket trucks safely for high-access tree care tasks.
• Conduct landscape maintenance, including lawn care and general upkeep of outdoor spaces.
• Utilize rigging techniques to safely lower branches and debris from trees.
• Assess tree health and provide recommendations for care or removal as needed.
• Maintain equipment, including bucket trucks and rigging gear, ensuring they are in safe working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while prioritizing safety.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, tree trimming, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with bucket operation and rigging techniques is essential.
• Knowledge of tree care practices and the ability to identify various tree species is a plus.
• Experience using GIS technology for mapping and planning tree care activities is advantageous.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work at heights safely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Weekends as needed
• Year round work
