We're looking for a detail-oriented doer to join our fast-paced print shop production team!
Essential Duties Include:
Must be self driven, have a positive attitude and be reliable.
Working with and managing a team
Setting up jobs and operating various printing and finishing equipment
Graphic Design, Printing & Finishing experience required
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Inspect printed materials for quality and ensure they meet our high standards.
Be a team player, assisting colleagues with lifting, packing, and shipping finished products.
Possess excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
Must have Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign on the job experience. Must be able to use all functions on the PC based Adobe programs.

Pay: $22 - $36 (Based on experience)
This position requires applicants to be physically capable and able to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Summary
As a Print and Finishing Production Manager, you will oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality output and efficient operations. Reporting to the Production Director, you will leverage your core skills in manufacturing and print production to manage workflows effectively. Your expertise in graphic design and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite will be essential in guiding the team through prepress and color management tasks. Additionally, your knowledge of quality control and relevant skills in typography and layout design will help maintain the highest standards in print advertising. Pay: $22.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
