About us
Tree To Tree Adventure Park is an aerial obstacle course with suspended bridges and ziplines up in the trees adjacent to the Cape May Zoo. The Guest Service Guide’s primary roles are to welcome guests when they arrive at the ticket window and ensure the start and end of their adventure is efficient, exceptional, and that the administrative aspect compliments their experience on our adventure course. Guest Service Guides respond politely, promptly, and with helpful information to all guests that reach out to Tree to Tree, either through phone calls, email, or mail, to keep meticulous records of all inquiries and reservations, and schedule and conduct follow-up actions as appropriate.

Responsibilities:
- Help guests through the booking process, either on site or via phone and email
- Learn and operate our reservation system
- Maintain a cash register
- Work as part of a team to ensure great service to guests
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
