This role of Customer Service Representative involves assisting customers, processing payments, and operating heavy equipment to load materials. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic cash-handling experience, and the ability to operate heavy machinery safely.

These tasks may include, but are not limited to, loading customers, processing transactions, making product deliveries, maintaining cleanliness in the wood yard and office space, and participating in various landscape or wood recycling activities. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with recycling drop-offs and inquiries.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide information on pricing, accepted materials, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
Heavy Equipment Operation Duties:
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders and forklifts to assist customers with material handling.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Experience operating heavy equipment or willingness to be trained.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 42 per week
