This position will guide our regional team in creating and implementing research-based, innovative, and sustainable strategies to engage community members in our project areas throughout Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire. The primary objective is to increase community involvement, volunteerism, and the distribution of program resources. The Community Engagement Associate Manager will participate in, represent, and lead public-facing events, including town hall meetings, fundraisers, community programs, workshops, educational events, canvassing, and general outreach opportunities. Additionally, this role will support our Conservation Department by engaging community members during restoration and tree distribution events while working closely with the forestry team on all projects.
