About the Position:
Join the vibrant team at Treetops Resort as a Seasonal Outlet Attendant! Immerse yourself in a dynamic work environment within our food and beverage outlets. In this position, you will be trained to deliver excellent service at the North or the Jones clubhouse working as Beverage Cart, Tavern Attendants, or Halfway Attendants. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and thriving in a bustling resort atmosphere. Your dedication will contribute to the unforgettable memories our guests take home.
Seasonal commitment from April 1 through October 31 is required to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience throughout our peak season.
Responsibilities:

Ensure prompt and courteous service, meeting Treetops Resort's high standards for guest satisfaction.

Handle transactions accurately, manage cash flow, and ensure the responsible service of alcoholic beverages.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and sanitation guidelines.

Assist in stock management, ensuring availability of products and supplies.

Support a positive team environment, working collaboratively to meet service goals.

Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.

Must be available to work the full golf season duration (April 1 through October 31).

Ability to lift 40 lbs., stand for extended periods, and comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.

Previous customer service experience is required, with a focus on food and beverage preferred.

Excellent communication skills, friendly and fun attitude, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment.
