Summary of the Role
The role will drive employee enganagement, coaching and advising site through challenges with people development, retention, and attraction will be critical to success. Change management and cross HR and Business partnership will be foundational in daily work activities.
Pay range (depending on qualifications); $105-140,000
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Organizational design (contributing to the design of the organization and resource planning as we grow or contract with the market; creating a change management culture to align with growth targets)
- Compensation and Benefits (ensures the organization is competitive, works with Peer HR Leaders and Trelleborg Group as necessary for alignment)
- Engaging People (developing a high-performance culture)
- Accelerating Results (being agile and effective and always improving – performance management, acquisition integration, change management, developing excellence culture)
- Ensures team meets required governmental and company reporting requirements
- Works with Talent Acquisition Team on recruitment strategy to support business growth and financial objectives for Trelleborg Medical Solutions
- Assists in recruitment and hiring activities to drive talent acquisition process
- Ensures compliance matters are investigated and recommends outcome based on findings.
- Assists as necessary with employee engagement survey and output of results and actions to improve results.
- Provides support for business leaders in performance management and compensation practices, drive timely completion of each activity.
- Proactively coaches leaders on employee development, performance management and engagement issues, supporting a growth-minded philosophy
- Other tasks assigned
Education and Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent
- 5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated understanding of employment law desired
- Payroll processing
