As a NPD Project Manager at Trelleborg Medical Solutions, you will be responsible for leading new product development activities in schedule, budget, and technical facets. You will provide primary project leadership and voice of customer representation to ensure successful completion of assigned projects.
This role involves identifying and managing risks within projects, providing technical support to estimating/sales for quoting new programs, participating in on/off site technical discussions/DFM reviews with customers, and working with internal supply chain resources to identify capable outside vendors to support raw material and service needs.
You will also develop and manage project timelines, facilitate/lead regular project updates/conference calls with customers, manage internal cross-functional resources ensuring completion of assigned deliverables, and review NPD outputs for profitability trend.
