What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Processing Operator position at Trelleborg Group?
We are currently seeking a skilled Production Processing Operator to join our team at Trelleborg Group. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and handling a variety of materials, including fabric-reinforced rubber products.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Operating and maintaining specialized equipment, including curing molds and presses
- Loading and unloading materials, including uncured seals and finished products
- Monitoring and controlling processes to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently
Additionally, you will be expected to assist fellow team members and other teams as required, and maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork on job packages and paperless scheduling systems.
A minimum of two years' experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, although relevant training or certifications may be considered in lieu of experience.
