POSITION SUMMARY :
The primary purpose is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget and census. You will assist with the scheduling process on the off days. Work with staff to cover unfilled shifts in a cost effective manner.
Education and Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
Must have Microsoft Excel skills.
Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and community staff in the performance of duties.
Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position / assignment.
Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
Experience :
One (1) year of experience in scheduling at a nursing care facility preferred.
Computer knowledge is a must.
Must be Self-motivated, persistent, multi-tasking, and organized.
Shift & Wage :
Full-Time Opportunity Available
