Project Manager Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's internationally respected and award-winning team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting new and ongoing P3 engagements, collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive commercial, financial, and technical workflows forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily communication with stakeholders regarding project pursuits
- Preemptively identify risks related to project endeavors
- Collaborate with Director to develop comprehensive project scopes and budgets
- Contribute to briefings and reports for executive committees
- Lead contract management and commercial agreements with partners
Qualifications and Requirements
- 6 years of experience working on transportation-related projects or similar large capital infrastructure projects
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or finance preferred
- Prior experience supporting P3 projects
- Familiarity with concession and/or construction agreements advantageous
