Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RCT (Registered Clinical Technician) to join our team. Duties

• Assist in the daily care and monitoring of patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications as directed by healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment options and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous education to enhance skills and knowledge in clinical practices.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinical environment, adhering to infection control protocols.

Experience

• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care practices is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $19.42 per hour
