Our team of experts specializes in Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining, and we are looking for a Pipe Lining Sales Manager to join our company.
Position Overview :
This is a full-time position that requires knowledge and dedication. A Pipe Lining Sales Manager is responsible for diagnosing drain issues, educating customers, and leading them to informed and confident buying decisions. This position will train and oversee the installation crew to ensure quality standards are met. The right person for this position must be capable of working with minimal oversight while still adhering to instructions closely.
Key Responsibilities :
Diagnose blockages and drain issues
Troubleshoot and problem solve the best technique to resolve customer drain issues
Perform drain cleaning, jetting, or cable work that may be needed to perform a camera inspection
Establish customer rapport to ensure the success of educating the customer on the best solution for their problem
Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business
Participate actively in all training exercises, meetings, and trade shows
Develop and train the installation crew members to ensure project success.
Protect drain cleaning and camera equipment by routine maintenance
Qualifications :
3 Years of experience in Pipe Rehabilitation Sales (CIPP or SIPP) is required
3 years of experience in a supervisory role is required
Valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report
Great written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds
Desire to be hands on and solution oriented
Work well independently and as a team
Flexibility with working hours
