As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing office resources, and supporting office management efforts.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate office activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships to maintain accounts payables.
- Data entry of vendor bills, bank deposits, Entry of deposits into QuickBooks.
- Implement effective office management practices to enhance productivity.
- Accounts Payables, Receivables and timesheet data entry for Payroll.
- Maintain phone systems and ensure effective communication within the office.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as required.
- Assist in managing employee files and enforcing office safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to independently work effectively.
- Proficiency in office management software (QuickBooks, Microsoft Office) and phone systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making abilities.
