About The Role
TrendTech Logistics is seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist to support our government contracting efforts. This role involves identifying opportunities, preparing and submitting proposals, and coordinating with subcontractors to secure contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the government procurement process and a track record of successful proposal submissions.
This is a remote, commission-based role with competitive earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on government procurement websites to identify contract opportunities.
- Prepare and submit at least 4–5 proposals per month on behalf of TrendTech Logistics.
- Develop high-quality, compliant proposal documents tailored to solicitation requirements.
- Vet and coordinate subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Track and stay informed of solicitation amendments, deadlines, and submission requirements.
- Attend virtual or in-person pre-bid meetings as necessary.
- Submit clarification questions to contracting officers and track responses.
- Work closely with TrendTech Logistics’ leadership to align proposal strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in writing and submitting government contract proposals.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes (e.g., SAM.gov, GSA Schedules).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented; able to work independently.
- Familiarity with DBE certifications and compliance is a plus.
