Requirements:
- Candidate must be available to work April 30, 2025 through September 30, 2025
- Candidate must have open availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Some travel may be required
- Can lift up to 25lbs
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide outstanding fan customer service and experience.
- Adhere to all Trenton Thunder, Thunder Company Store policies and procedures.
- Execute all opening and closing procedures.
- Learn and have knowledge of store POS system.
- Accurately maintain inventory; processing and receiving new merchandise, ensuring it is accurately displayed on the sales floor in a timely manner. Ticket products as directed.
- Maintain store inventory levels on game and non-gamedays.
- Help train and supervise retail sales associates.
- Cash handling experience required.
- Assist in the set up and break down of portable retail stands.
- Assist with merchandising; assist with vendors and picking up merchandise.
- Participate in end of season inventory and periodic cycle counts, assist with reports for management.
- Process and fulfill internet orders.
- Coordinate with management on game day distribution of giveaways.
- Assist with the distribution of team uniforms to players with the Merchandise Director and Clubhouse Manager throughout the season. Maintain inventory on jerseys, pants and on-field caps throughout the season.
- Perform other duties as assigned
