The Maintenance Director will be overseeing all WCWC facilities operations, managing facilities budgets, directing routine maintenance, responding to emergencies, managing risk, managing contractors, overseeing security, and conducting site inspections.

- Supervise and leading all maintenance processes and operations
- Create, assess, and execute facility maintenance plans to reduce replacement costs
- Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards
- Implement policies and safety procedures
- Engage with vendors and contractors
- Coordinate and execute remodeling and refurbishment initiative
Establish preventive maintenance plans, budgets, schedule and repairs to optimize utilization.
Assess repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimatesDocument and prepare progress reports and maintenance logsDirect all electrical, HVAC, custodial, and plumbing maintenance along with facility upgrades / renovations and operations support for this organization.Other duties

Five or more years of professional experience in Facilities Management, Design, Construction, Operations or a related fieldHVAC Certified, experience with Commercial chiller preferredGood understanding of the technical features of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systemsProject management experiencePreferred education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, facility management or similar fields preferred but not requiredAdditional eligibility requirements
