About the Role
As a Senior Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our Trust & Probate litigation department. The department consists of four associate attorneys, two paralegals, and one to two legal assistants.
You will manage case files, prepare legal correspondence, communicate with clients, and organize electronic case files according to Firm standards. Calendaring of key litigation deadlines, hearings, and appointments to ensure timely preparation and filings.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, research, analytical, and critical thinking abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients.
