Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Utilize SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
- Implement ETL processes using Talend to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Create detailed project plans and manage project timelines to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
- Employ programming languages such as R and Python for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
- Automate repetitive tasks using VBA to enhance operational efficiency.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, R, Python, and Talend.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
