Area General Manager

Our client, a Global Leader in Facilities Management, is looking for an Area General Manager (AGM) to join their team in Seattle, Washington.

About the Role:

As an AGM, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of hard and soft services, managing P&L, driving operational excellence, and exceeding client expectations.

You will provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to your team, ensuring service excellence, talent development, and continuous growth in business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, ensuring financial and operational goals are met or exceeded.
• Oversee service delivery, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Manage staffing structures, ensuring a balance between cost efficiency and service quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong relationships at all levels.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting the sales process.
• Lead the smooth transition of new accounts and ensure seamless handover from sales to operations.
• Foster a learning environment, ensuring the development and competency of your team.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sustainability standards across all operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Not Essential)
• 8 years of relevant experience
• Proven track record in managing P&L and driving operational efficiency in a service-based environment.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel occasionally to other work locations.
