An asset management client of our based in Midtown is looking for an operations candidate to join their growing team in New York.
Job Title : Operations Professional
Location : New York
Reports To : Head of Investment Operations
Key Responsibilities :
- Trade and Transaction Management :
- Manage end-to-end trade execution, including processing, monitoring, and reconciliation.
- Interact with Investment Team, Accountants, Custodians, and Broker / Dealers for transaction processing.
- Handle transaction complexities including fails, claims, and special process orders.
- Operational Support :
- Develop and maintain operational and financial controls and procedures.
- Collaborate with Finance on month-end close, cash controls, and expense processing.
- Support strategic projects focused on efficiency and scalability.
- Deal and Documentation Support :
- Work with Legal and Investment Teams to finalize private deal closings.
- Enhance workflows and reporting capabilities.
