CRM and Voice of Customer Administrator
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM in support sales and business development efforts, coordinating with all the departments in the client’s value stream to ensure seamless integration across business systems and improving our operations by identifying and implementing new capabilities. Additionally, the CRM Administrator will serve as our VOC (Voice of the Customer) Coordinator and Process Administrator.

You'll be...
• Administering and maintaining the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
• Configuring HubSpot and defining process to meet the needs of the sales and business development teams.
• Developing and implementing workflows, automation, and processes to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitoring and analyzing CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with sales and business development teams to understand their needs and provide CRM solutions that drive growth.
• Train and support users on HubSpot functionalities and best practices.
• Creating and managing dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for sales and business development activities.
• Working closely with other departments that use business systems with client records to ensure data consistency and integration between systems and provides the sales a view
• Coordinating data migration, synchronization, and system updates to maintain a unified view of customer information.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to CRM integration and data flow.
• Serving as the Voice of the Customer (VOC) Coordinator, working with various business owners and their Department VOC administrators to gather survey results for the departments to analyze and take action with.
• Implementing and managing the VOC platform used to capture customer insights.
• Serving as the sales Department VOC Administrator.
• Overseeing and optimizing business processes related to CRM and customer interactions.
• Developing and documenting CRM policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Continuously evaluating and improving processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features, updates, and best practices.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance CRM processes and user experience.
• Implementing and documenting CRM policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Skills Needed:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CRM Administrator, preferably with HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of sales and business development processes and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity and some proficiency with HTML and CSS.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and have fun doing it!
• Experience with CRM integration of other business systems is a plus.
• HubSpot certification(s) is a plus.
