Fall 2025 Mechanical Engineering Co-Op - Product Development
As a product development mechanical engineering intern with Trew you will gain experience with many aspects of the design process including product design, product evaluation, technical drawing and revisions and bill of material creation and maintenance.

You’ll be…
- Designing components and sub-systems that form parts of complex systems
- Analyzing data to determine if design meets function and performance specifications
- Creating and maintaining items and BOM structure
- Producing high quality 3D modelling drawings
- Working directly with lead engineers
- Producing design and cost estimation
What you’ll need…
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Mechanical preferred)
- Strong people skills with the ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to learn quickly and a desire to broaden your skills and experience
