Position Description:
This role manages IT projects by leading a cross-functional team through the project lifecycle, from inception to completion, while aligning with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations. It will involve coordination and collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and schedule. This position will also involve business-process-related projects.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to set project scope, priorities, deadlines, and deliverable schedules based on project requirements.
- Execute project plans according to timelines and budgets.
- Establish quality standards and metrics to assess project performance.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports/updates to stakeholders and company leadership.
- Develops and provides all project documentation (i.e. charters, requirements, schedules).
- Manages the relationship between project vendors/consultants and management.
- Facilities discussions and consensus among various project stakeholders.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Some knowledge of basic accounting and business principles.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism, and a desire to help at all times while maintaining an approachable business posture and exhibiting a positive attitude toward users.
- Ability to prioritize and complete complex projects in an accurate and timely manner.
- Strong mediation skills to achieve goals/objectives and compromises during project planning, development, and implementation activities.
- Keen attention to detail.
Education & Experience:
- Four-year college degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 3-5 years of experience with managing development projects
- Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience with project management methodologies in order to work with intricate, multifaceted projects.
- Items considered a plus:
- PMP Certification
- Experience in a project-based organization.
- Experience with software development and analytics projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Project
Work Environment
This is primarily a desk-based role, requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use. While the role is mainly desk-based, mobility within the office, manufacturing facility and customer sites may be required for meetings and interactions with colleagues.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Ability to traverse office, manufacturing facility and customer sites.
