Duties / Responsibilities

Create work instructions for all PBI reporting all participating disciplines.

Create work instructions for Excel tools.

Create work instructions for NetSuite tools.

Create work instructions for daily ops meetings
-
Document critical daily action items.

- Minor NetSuite tool maintenance.
- Support digital display screens.

Improve transfer order process.

Evaluate and create system rules to reduce manual intervention.

- Support creation finished goods inventory storage plan.
- Layout
- Reporting structure

- Create labor capacity plan for shipping and receiving

Create process to buy product direct to site.

Bypass manufacturing facilities on non value add assemblies

- Pursuing a degree in Engineering or Business.
- Strong people skills with the ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to learn quickly and a desire to broaden your skills and experience
