For the Weston Office we're looking for a Staff Accountant in Weston, FL.

Essential functions:
- Monthly Bank Reconciliations
- Verify Commission requests for accuracy
- Update loan & interest schedules
- Maintain General Ledger
- Provide year-end reports & schedules for annual audits.
- Prepare and deliver bank deposits
- Coordinate with several internal departments
- Analyze and prepare monthly and/or quarterly entries for rental operations
- Prepare sales tax filings
- Research and reclassify expense accounts
- Assist senior accountant, accounting manager, and controller as needed
Education and Experience Requirement(s):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
- 1-3 years of related Accountant work experience
