**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Tri Boro Credit Union. This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain all areas of facilities assigned to standards set for all credit union locations.
- Manage and maintain related third-party vendors engaged in property maintenance.
- Perform tasks such as cleaning, mopping, and stocking of supplies.
- Conduct property maintenance including landscape work, snow shoveling, and basic repairs.
- Ensure timely completion of general repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, asphalt/concrete, and window cleaning.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Requires 2-5 years of prior related experience.
- General knowledge in facilities management and maintenance, including property landscape, plumbing, electrical, furnace & air conditioning, asphalt, and concrete maintenance.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Physical labor - moderate to heavy lifting, walking, bending, squatting, climbing ladders.
- Passing background checks with no criminal records.
- Valid Unexpired Driver's License for driving personal and credit union owned vehicles.
